Meal Prep Sundays: Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Switch things up this weekend with our awesome recipe for Baked Sweet Potato Fries and if you happen to have any extra, your meal management bag will be waiting.

Recipe serves 4.

Ingredients:

16 oz sweet potatoes Choice of seasonings (Check out our friend Glenn Lyman at gcooks.com for an upcoming seasoning line! And in the meantime, Flavor God y'all, check it.)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Sweet potatoes, cut into skinny fries or wedges, or use a mandolin slicer if you prefer chips. Season potatoes. Spray pan and potatoes with olive or coconut oil spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown for fries. Bake 5-10 minutes or until golden brown for chips.

Meal Prep Tip:
