Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
1 package frozen spinach
1/2 cups shallots
3 eggs
1/3 cup egg whites
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup 1% milk
3/4 cup fat free mozzarella
1/4 cup Parmesan
Instructions:
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and enjoy. Makes 12 cups!
