Meal Prep Sundays: Kale Chips

SOCIAL-KaleChips-Nogo Kale is a favorite among those who love to enhance their meal prep with common and uncommon superfoods. Another great thing about kale is the many different ways it can fit into your meal management system - from fresh and tasty salads to today's recipe for crispy kale chips!

Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

1 Bunch Kale, torn into pieces, stems removed 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp kosher salt or sea salt

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper 2. In a bowl or bag, combine the ingredients and toss until coated 3. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.

Meal Prep Tip:

Drying your kale well is essential to crispy chips. Use a salad spinner or lots of towels to remove all the moisture before tossing and baking.
