Want to know how I stay
six-pack lean throughout the year, always ready for another photo shoot or competition? It's not some fancy supplement, it's not a crazy nutrient-timing scheme, and it's not even a special workout. Sure, hard training helps keep me lean, mean, and muscular, but the only thing can really keep fat off of me (and you) is a consistent DIET!
I'm not going to go into the nitty-gritty of how many fats, proteins, and carbs
you should eat. That's a topic for another article. I will, however, share with you the basic diet template that I use 90+ percent of the time. Here it is:
Meal 1: 6 Whole Eggs with Mixed Veggies, Whole Food Multivitamin, ALA
Meal 2: Dymatize Iso100 Shake with Fish OilCapsules
Meal 3: Ground Bison, Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Digestive Enzyme, Whole Food Multivitamin
Meal 4: Post workout shake Dymatize Iso 100 with oats and blueberries
Meal 5: Chicken, Asparagus, and Rice
Meal 6: Salmon with Mixed Veggies
Nothing fancy, right? Remember, though, I maintain this kind of diet whether
I'm at home, at work, or on the road traveling. It's easy enough to eat right if you sit at home all day, or if your job always has you working on the same set schedule. But when you're constantly on the go, you've got to plan ahead, cook in bulk, and carry your meals wherever you go! That's where my
Six Pack Bag comes in...
The bag is pretty simple but
completely indispensable for me and my goals. It holds each of my Tupperware-packed meals in a separate section, along with all the supplements and protein shakes I'll need for the day. It keeps everything secure, so there's no knocking and rocking around when I get in and out of my car, sit at my desk, or plop the bag on the ground at the gym.
I used to try to cart all that stuff around in a backpack or duffle bag, but something always got lost amidst the clutter. Plus, food would occasionally spill out when one container crashed into another. When I'm dieting hard for a photo shoot, I can't afford to miss even a single meal! And I certainly won't get lean enough if I replace that lost food with a subpar
snack or meal replacement.
6 Pack Bags aren't just for bodybuilders and cover models, though. I put almost all of my clients on some variation of my meal plan, including businessmen, athletes, students, and more. These people are all busy, but they understand that they won't reach their goals without planning, preparation, and dedication. They all make their meals in advance use the 6 Pack Bag to carry their food wherever they go. If you're serious about gaining muscle and staying ripped, you'll do the same!
