CAN I CHOOSE WHAT I WANT TO EAT FOR THE WEEK?
Each week, we adjust our menu to utilize whatever fresh ingredients our farmers have on hand. We also do our best to work with produce that’s in season. This way, we can keep prices down and honor our commitment to serving you the healthiest possible food.
Our chefs constantly rotate, change and add dishes to our repertoire. So don’t worry – you’ll have plenty of variety sent your way.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MEAL PLANS?
All meal plans are organic, dairy free, gluten free, and soy free.
Paleo –unprocessed whole foods like meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. Excludes grains and legumes.
Clean Eating –unprocessed whole foods like lean proteins, complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables.
Vegetarian - unprocessed whole foods like lean proteins, complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Excludes meat, seafood, eggs or animal products of any kind. Our vegetarian meals are ALSO vegan!
WHAT AMOUNT IS RIGHT FOR ME?
1 Meal Per Day - You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet.
2 Meals Per Day - You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week.
3 Meals Per Day (Recommended) - You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to eat right with no room for error on your part.
4 Meals Per Day - You are looking for some extra (ultra healthy, pre portioned) fuel to get you through your days!
DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEW?
Yes, we will send you weekly deliveries. There is no minimum commitment so you can cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff. You’ll need to make any changes before Friday at 11pm PST of each week (a week before your expected delivery date).
IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH?
There is no minimum subscription length, and you can cancel at any time before your weekly cutoff. Again, the cut off date is the Friday prior to the expected delivery date.
WHEN WILL I SEE PERFORMANCE RESULTS?
Six Pack Fit Meals understands that fitness needs fuel! That is why we only chose the highest quality ingredients. If this is your entry into healthy eating, you will feel the boost right away.
ARE SNACKS INCLUDED IN ANY OF THE PROGRAMS?
All of our programs are designed to keep you full between meals. Our unprocessed ingredients are nutrient-rich, and include macronutrients that release satiety hormones in the body. Nutrients like protein and fiber will help you feel fuller longer, and we make sure to pack our meals with them! Typical frozen meals contain preservatives, sodium, and empty calories and leave your stomach rumbling an hour or two later. Personally, we think you’ve made the right choice :)
If you do feel compelled to snack, we suggest whole foods such as raw fruit and veggies or raw nuts and seeds.
DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL AND CALORIE INFORMATION?
Yes, every meal will have nutritional and calorie information so that you can supplement your diet accordingly.
WHAT IS THE FAT CONTENT IN YOUR FOOD?
The fats in our food are the healthy fats found naturally in the whole food ingredients. We rarely use added oil and when we do, we make sure it’s top quality and healthful.
DO YOU USE ANY PROCESSED FOOD/ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS, ETC?
No way! We believe that processed foods are part of what has made America such an unhealthy country, and have made it our mission to use fresh, wholesome ingredients.
WHAT IF I’M STILL HUNGRY?
We ask that you give yourself a bit of time to adjust; do to our careful balance of macronutrients, our meals are very satiating. You’ll notice that as you continue to consume our meals, you’ll simply need smaller portions. Many find they cannot even finish the portions we give them!
That being said, you are welcome to snack (see suggestions above), or add an additional meal to your service!
HOW ARE THE MEALS PREPARED?
Every meal is made from scratch (like you would prepare in your own home!) only in much larger volume.
ARE YOUR MEALS ORGANIC?
Yes! We source the best quality meals available, and purchase as many ingredients as we can from local family-run suppliers with sustainable practices. Fresh and healthy is our number one priority so our fruits and vegetables are naturally grown and our livestock and fish are naturally raised.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY FOOD FOR?
Food will stay fresh for two weeks. If for some reason you are unable to eat your food within the two weeks, it can also be frozen for up to six months for later use.

Anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Free shipping to anywhere in the US is included with your subscription!
HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELIVER AND WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK?
We deliver once a week on Fridays. The cutoff to have your order in is the Friday a week prior to your expected delivery date.
WHEN WILL MY FIRST DELIVERY ARRIVE?
Here is an example: if you order on a Wednesday, your first delivery will not occur until the following Friday (9 days later.) After that, delivery and billing will re-occur every Saturday.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY BOX?
Please make sure to put your food in your refrigerator as soon as possible! The food is made fresh, and while it is in a chilled box, immediate refrigeration will ensure continued freshness.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If you aren’t home, our delivery person will leave the package for you at your door.
Because of the way our food is packaged, it will remain cold and fresh for you until you get home later that evening.
WILL MY FOOD STAY FRESH DURING SHIPMENT?
Yes, your meals are carefully packaged to stay fresh for several hours after your delivery arrives. We recommend you put the contents in your refrigerator as soon as possible to maintain the freshness of your meals throughout the week.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Free shipping to anywhere in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska is included with your subscription!
SINCE THE MEALS WILL BE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR, WILL THIS BE LESS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
We don’t think so. No matter how you get your food, there’s always a supply chain. Traditionally, a company buys ingredients from a farmer (or middle man), processes it, packages it and then sells it to a retail store where the end consumer buys it. With Six Pack Fit Meals, we buy direct from the farmer, prepare and package it, and then pass it in to end consumer. You’ll see we cut 2 steps out of the chain!
Furthermore, since the food comes right to your door, you don’t need to drive to a retail store. So, this model cuts back on “food miles.”
As for packaging, it’s comparable to what you would get when ingredients are bought at a retail store, plus it’s recyclable. Our goal is to allow more people to be able to experience the power of consistently eating well, while treading as lightly on the environment as possible.
HOW DO I SKIP A WEEK OR MORE OF DELIVERY?
We understand you may need to skip a week if you are going on vacation or have other plans. We are working on this functionality right now and soon you will be able to skip weeks without having to cancel and reorder your plan!
WHAT IS THE CUTOFF DATE TO SKIP A WEEK OR CANCEL?
The cutoff day is Friday at 11pm PST a week before your expected delivery. Cancel in your account manager.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
Because we plan our meals in advance, we require 7 days advance notice for canceling an account. Please cancel within your account manager.
WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE MY CARD?
We’ll charge your card immediately when you place your first order and then recurring on the Saturday a week before your delivery.
