What is the warranty on my 6 Pack Fitness bag?

All 6 Pack Bags come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase (Proof of purchase is necessary). Contact our Customer Service team at 888-240-7009 or email us at info@sixpackbags.com. Our Customer Service team is here Monday-Friday, 8AM - 6PM MST to help make sure you are ready to travel fit!

 

How do I check on my order?

How do I care for my containers?

Check out our blog post about container care!

Hand washing your containers will increase their lifespan. However, they are dishwasher safe. If you wash them in a dishwasher, remember to place them on the TOP RACK ONLY. If your containers become stained from tomato sauce or other substances, make a paste of baking soda and warm water and leave it in your container over night. You should have fresh, clean containers to look forward to in the morning. If odor is an issue, use some vinegar and scrub clean. Our containers are microwave safe, but for longer life, it is recommended that you pack a microwave safe plate in your 6 Pack Bag and transfer the food from container to plate when it’s time to heat up your food. If you must microwave your containers, keep zap-time to a minimum and never, under any circumstance, should you microwave your lids. Again, DO NOT MICROWAVE YOUR LIDS. This is a sure fire way to warp your lids, and once they warp, they will no longer be functional.

Where's my tracking number? What if my tracking number does not work?

Within 48 hours of placing your order you should receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Once you confirm it, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the bag ships. Please send an email to info@sixpackbags.com if you do not receive your tracking number in the next 4 business days. Packages in the FedEx system receive scans at various points between pickup and delivery. It is not unusual for a package to go more than 24 hours without a scan while in transit – your package may be traveling as intended. It might take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to go live, so please try again later.

 

What comes with the bag?

Inspiration. Motivation. Maximum efficiency for all your nutritional needs.
They also come with all the gel packs and containers you need to start traveling fit. Please note that the number of containers and gel packs varies with the model and size of your bag.

Will my old Sure Seal containers and gel packs fit in the new bags?

Sure Seal Containers will fit in the Innovator. Durus Gel Packs will NOT fit in the Innovator. The Voyager Back Pack and Executive Briefcase will require new sized Sure Seals and Gel Packs (each bag is pre-loaded with both packs and containers).

Can I use ice in a 6 Pack Bag?

No. Our Bags are not Coolers. We recommend our line of gel packs, or other self contained cooling packs that slot into the core of the bags.

Cleaning and Caring:

Do not wash in dishwasher or washing machine. Permanent stains, discolorations and other damage may develop if you don't clean and store it properly. Remove dirt, dust and debris by wiping it gently with a dry, lint-free cloth.

I never received it
Hi Anel I am so sorry that you have not received your Innovator Mini. Our records and UPS records indicate that your order (which was placed on May 5th) was shipped by UPS on May 7th and delivered to your residence on May 12th. You purchased Route Shipping Insurance with your order. You may file a claim with Route for compensation. When you purchase Route, you will get an email with your Route Order ID and a link to file a claim. To file a claim from your email, follow the steps below: 1. Open your email from Route. 2. Copy your Route Order ID and then click FILE A CLAIM. Insert your copied Route Order ID into the claim form and click submit. Again, my apologies that you did not receive your order. Shipping and never got my package
Hi Kelly - I'm so sorry that you never received your package. Our records indicate that you placed this order on May 5th. Your order was shipped to the address you provided. On May 13th you wrote to our Customer Service Unit indicating that you did not include your apartment number on your shipping address. As the package had already been shipped, there was no way for Customer Service to change your address. On May 13th. a Customer Service Representative responded that your package was being held at the Denver Post Office and advised you to contact them and provide them with the apartment number so that your order could be delivered. A review of your order today provides tracking information which indicates that your order is being returned to the sender (6 Pack Bags). As soon as your package is returned we will gladly refund for this product. Marie
