Taco Salad
The hot sauce recipes continue! Give your meal prep a Tex-Mex flair with this delicious salad recipe that features our very own Jalapeño Hot Sauce.

Ingredients:

Makes 1 serving.

0.5 cups pinto beans

1 cup romaine lettuce

4 oz. cherry tomatoes

4 oz. grilled chicken breast pieces

1 tbsp cilantro

5 tsp #FlavorAMP Jalapeño Hot Sauce

Optional:
2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

(2) 6" baked corn tortillas

Preparation:

1. To assemble the salad, place romaine lettuce in a large bowl; top with pinto beans, cherry tomato, grilled chicken, and cilantro. Pour the #FlavorAMP Jalapeño Hot Sauce on top of the salad and gently toss to combine.

2. Serve immediately, garnished with cheese and 2 baked tortillas, if desired.
