If you no longer want or need the product, no problem we've got you covered. We will gladly accept the return of your new and unused product and provide you with a store credit for the price you paid for the item. The product must be in new and unused condition and returned with all parts and accessories. If you return a used item or incomplete item, you will be charged a restocking fee determined by 6 Pack Bags. All you have to do is pay return shipping. Return shipping can be provided by Six Pack Bags at a discounted rate if you would like to have us help you out.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from Six Pack Bags. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from us, please contact us within 90 days of delivery and we can exchange your item. The bag must be in new and unused condition and returned with all parts and accessories in order to exchange it. Please note that if you are exchanging your product for a more expensive item, you are responsible for paying the difference in cost. If you are exchanging your product for a less expensive item, you will be issued a "store credit" via a gift care for the difference in price.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and products must be in like new condition and returned with all parts and accessories in order to exchange it or be eligible for a store credit without a restocking fee.
Do not return the item without a return authorization number. Once the return has been authorized and you have the number you can ship the item back to Six Pack Bags.
