We Offer a Limited 1 Year Warranty On All Bags and Accessories 

Here at 6 Pack Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our bags. As the pioneer of meal prep bags, we use some of the highest grade materials and lead with innovative design. We guarantee that every 6 Pack Bag is free of material and manufacturer defects. 

With limited exceptions, if your 6 Pack Bag is damaged during the first year of use and we determine that the damage is not due to proper wear and tear, we will accept a return of the item and issue a full store credit for the amount paid so you can purchase a replacement. The credit will not expire and you are free to use it on whatever you would like on our website. 

What is Covered Under Warranty?

Manufacture defects, defective in materials or workmanship, including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks).

Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

Damage claims in transit cases should be filed against the carrier.

Proof Of Purchase

If purchased from a third party distributor please save a photo of your receipt or order details as this will be needed to prove your warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof that your purchase was made at an authorized 6 Pack Bags retailer. Our Limited Warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized 6 Pack Bags store or dealer. If purchased directly from our website we will be able to keep that information on file for you.

How it Works

  1. Send us an email at: contact@sixpackbags.com  with a description & photos of your problem. The warranty team will process each claim within 2-3 business days (M-F).
  2. Once your warranty is processed you will receive a return label via email. 
  3. Remove all parts accessories from your bags (sure seal containers, gel packs, shelving unit, shoulder straps, etc) You get to keep those. 
  4. Ensure your bag is as clean as possible. 
  5. Package the bag in the smallest package you can find and attach the pre-paid return label.
  6. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier. 
  7. Once the package is received back to our warehouse you will receive a store credit for the price paid on your original purchase within 1-2 business days (M-F).
