Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Add some protein to your breakfast in scrumptious style with this recipe from 6 Pack ambassador Brie Thomas, a nationally qualified bikini competitor with a passion for food and nutrition that lead her to start her own cookbook to help others make healthy, tasty meals! Ingredients:

2/3 cups of egg whites

1 scoop of quest peanut butter protein powder

1 TBS of coconut flour (optional)

1/2 cup of almond milk

1/4 tsp of baking powder

Dash of sweetener (syrup or stevia)

Dash of vanilla

Topped with calorie free walden farms pancake syrup and PB2 or almond butter.

Instructions:

1. Mix all in blender.

2. Spray pan with nonstick spray.

3. Cook on medium heat.

Protein – 40g
