Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee. Orders placed before 11am PST typically ship the next business day.
6 Pack Fitness is only able to ship within the US. Please see our International page for ordering information outside of the United States.
 
Returns & Replacements
Not sure about your purchase? No problem. We want you to be happy. Contact us and we'll return or exchange unused/unopened 6 Pack Fitness™ products purchased from our website within 30 days of ordering.
Need a larger/smaller size? Please contact us so we can start the return process for you. All exchanged and returned items require an RMA#, which can be obtained through our Customer Service Team.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is via Visa or Mastercard through www.sixpackbags.com. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to purchase with your American Express or Discover card. Sales tax will be charged on all orders with a CA or NY ship to address. Only one coupon code per order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

Warranty
6 Pack Fitness™ offers a 1-year limited warranty on manufacture defects on bags, and a 60-day warranty on all accessories (Gel Packs/Sure Seal Containers) that are purchased through our website or Authorized Resellers and are not the result of normal wear and tear/ Accidental misuse of bags-PROOF OF PURCHASE and a review of the claim by our team is necessary. Please contact our SF Customer Service Team at [email protected] M-F 9AM-5PM PST, and we'll be more than happy to help you with any bag related issue.
A proof of purchase with purchase date is required to process all warranty claims.
